SUPER COMFY BED AND LINENS, LOVELY CRABTREE & EVELYN SHOWER PRODUCTS, BAR TENDER WAS SUPER NICE AND FIXED US UP WITH A LARGE PITCHER OF WATER AS WE WERE A BIT DEHYDRATED AFTER AN OVERSEAS FLIGHT.

Breakfast was good. Staff were so helpful, courteous and friendly. There was a day that we couldnt stay on for the breakfast. They were so kind to let us pack the coffee and bread. Location was good and the counter staff managed to arrange the airport transfer for us. All the counter staff was so attentive and excellent.

Inside atmosphere, nice, clean. Mostly pool for kids, they enjoyed it. Close to shopping and main street. We had a good time with my family, out of the house in the rainy day. Just go there and relax with kids on our wedding anniversary.

We did not get a chance for breakfast as we left at 6:15am after arriving later at the hotel the evening before(10pm). Nothing open in the hotel or around the hotel after 9pm? Had to get Uber Eats to deliver!

Overall Ok but I remember better days with Hilton Hampton Inn in Michigan and in Toronto

In general staff was excellent - only drawback was that ordering a Taxi proved quite difficult and brought some stress at the airport. But this might not have been the staff's responsibility. Therefore, a thank you for everything else despite not giving full marks above!
